Entry is not open. Players are identified, evaluated, and selected. Every spot on the roster is earned.

Evaluation
Selected players are assessed in a training context — not a formal tryout. We evaluate how they move, how they make decisions, how they respond to pressure, and how they carry themselves under demand.
Development
